In this study, it is aimed to examine the relationship between academic optimism levels of schools and management styles school principals. addition causal comparison, relational screening methods were also used in study. The universe research consists teachers working public Adıyaman city center 2020/2021 year. For purpose, online data collected from 353 51 center. analyzed with SPSS program; Parametric non-parametric tests applied according normality assumptions. As a result research, was seen that opinions about their perceived principal style differed significantly variables gender, branch, level number teachers. According teachers' views, there positive "moderate" school's views on collaborative style; A negative “low” found disinterested style, authoritarian oppositional style.
